Finger Whips neochrome scooter is miniature finger scooter for playing just like with fingerboards in skateboard world.

These are the first miniature scooters available in different color finishes, quality die-cast decks and bars, fitted with plastic wheels and handles, these little finger sized scooters are incredibly fun. They also come with a special double-ended tool and replacement wheel and axle sets to customize them.
