The Journey to My Pro Model
What started as pure fun at the age of 12 has evolved into the very center of my life. My journey began by building incredible memories with friends both at home and abroad. Joining the ZEROTYPE team was a turning point, it was where I truly carved out my own style and defined my direction as a skater. It was a time of deep reflection—moving beyond simply landing “cool tricks” and asking myself, “What kind of skater do I want to be?”
Transitioning to USD was a natural progression. I had always admired the brand, particularly the Aeon’s Unibody system, which eliminates unnecessary parts to create a seamless connection. For me, the Aeon was never just equipment. The Albert Hooi Aeon—the first pair I received after joining ZEROTYPE—allowed me to skate in a way that felt most like “me.” Since then, I’ve felt a new level of satisfaction in every competition and session, fueling my ambition to showcase my skating on even bigger stages.
It is a profound honor to introduce my own Pro Model on this platform. This skate represents the beginning of my career, my growth, and who I am today. I’ve always been particular about my gear, and in developing this model, I focused not only on the aesthetics but also on the overall experience of the skaters who will wear it. I hope everyone who puts these on feels the same excitement that I do.
From Slopes to Streets
I currently serve as a pro skater for USD and as a National Team athlete in Freestyle Skiing in South Korea. My experience in freestyle skiing since high school has deeply influenced my skating style. It has also provided a unique opportunity to introduce aggressive inline skating to those who support me on the national team. For this boot, I wanted to translate the form and functional aesthetic of a ski boot into the Aeon. I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to Dk from ZEROTYPE, Javier from Powerslide, and everyone involved for making this vision a reality.
Myfit 2nd Skin Liner & V-Power Top-Strap
Among all Myfit liners, I found the 2nd Skin Liner to be the perfect match for the Aeon. I wanted a more sophisticated and efficient way to secure the ankle without relying on additional lacing. Drawing inspiration from the top V-Power Straps on my ski boots, I integrated this feature into the model. The V-Power Top-Strap provides a cleaner, more secure ankle lock while adding a stylish, technical touch.
Personal tip: Try using the the V-Power Top-Strap without the laces for the best experience.
Jay Yoon UC Pro Wheels (88A/92A Mix)
I’ve always gravitated toward park skating and major events like FISE. While I love big-air tricks, I also live for technical grinds involving rotations and switch-ups. This often left me torn between a flat setup and an anti-rocker setup before every session.
Dk proposed a brilliant solution: breaking away from the traditional 60–61mm Aeon standard and moving to a 58mm flat setup with a dual-hardness mix of 88A and 92A—a concept previously seen with Mesmer skates. Powerslide refined this concept for my Undercover Pro Wheels, and the results from the test samples were flawless. I truly believe this will be the perfect solution for skaters who face the same dilemma.
Thank you for the great design work, Marc.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone at USD for making this pro model a reality.
Happy skating, everyone!

How to find your correct inline skate / rollerblade size?
For the best performance, inline skates should have a snug fit. It's not necessary to buy inline skates one size larger than your actual foot size; as they break in, all inline skates will expand and widen over time. Please note that everyone has their own measure of comfort, thus please make your final decision also considering your past experience with shoes you are wearing on daily basis. It's important to know that soft boots will expand more than hybrid (Swell etc.) or carbon boots. While we would never recommend any free space and feet movement in soft boot skates, then hardboot skates actually allow more space and comfort level given the improved support of the skate shell.
3 easy steps to measure your feet:
1. Place and fix an A4 sheet flush against a straight wall. Wear your usual skating socks for more accurancy and place your foot on the sheet, with your heel touching the wall, make sure your heel touches the wall without any pressure. |
2. Stand relaxed upon the foot you are measuring. Then, draw a line at your big toe and when marking make sure to hold the pencil vertically to prevent any deviation. It's easiest to ask a friend to draw the line for more precision. Measure the length of the paper to the line: that's your MONDO size. TIP: For the best fit, measure your foot after a short skating session or at the end of the day. |
3. Do the same for the other foot and compare measurements. The correct size that you should end up with is the length of your longer foot. Now with those measurements, you can take the correct size from our size charts. |
![]() | At MYFIT we are experts in skate parts that improve your fit enhancing your skate performance, but liners are one of these parts that we excel at it. Often overlooked, liners can provide superior qualities to your skate, they can improve the fit, increase responsiveness, add more support, and of course, make you skate more comfortable. |
HEAT MOLDING technology. Heat up boots and adjust them! MYFIT logo on your skates means you can heat mold them and shape to foot. How can I heat mold them?
In the process of heating special thermo forming liner materials become soft and puffy. When cooling they stay firm and copy shape of your foot. This is done to achieve maximum comfort, relieve possible pressure points and maximize overall performance. Is heat molding MYFIT liners mandatory? Not at all, because most skaters find them comfortable right out of the box. Also, while skating, they adapt to your feet from natural body temperature! | |
| DUAL FIT technology. Liner that stretches and fits two sizes of feet. The shells of hardboot skates will always cover two sizes no matter which brand you take. So why not use a liner which sufficiently covers two sizes, instead of two single size liners where the smaller size liner comes with thicker padding to fit up the shell? The toe part of a Dual Fit liner is made of 4-way stretchable SBR material which expands and provides a snug comfortable fit and enhances performance. This allowing us to cater to for sizes with a single liner. | |
| MYFIT RECALL MEMORY FIT. Padding made of super comfortable memory foam. Made of a combination of high-quality memory foams, MYFIT Recall Memory Fit liners wraps around your foot comfortably like a sock and provides exceptional lateral support in the ankle area. The memory foam adjusts in seconds to the shape of your foot due to your body heat and this function will work every time you put your feet in your skate. | |
| 3D ANATOMICAL PADDING. 3D shaped ankle padding for fit and comfort. Anatomically shaped and positioned foam padding for more comfort and better performance. The special embossed foam layers adapt perfectly to the skater´s foot and guarantee a comfortable fit and optimized heel lock for better overall performance. It is pre-shaped to fit asymmetrical ankle positions, provides extra heel look, and has smooth and thin edges to avoid pressure points. One-piece embossed padding to fit all skates. |
